INITIAL OPERATION
• Connect up the equipment in accordance with the
instructions.
• Place the gate in a partially opened position and lock
the motor.
• Adjust the motor control unit to the following basic setting:
- Force adjustment about 25% (raise later)
- Operating time about 50%
• Switch power on.
• Push the button connected to terminals 10 and 11. If the
gate does not move towards the OPEN position, change
round the cables of the motor in question (black and brown).
Caution: Switch the power off first.
Set the operating time to a few seconds longer than that
actually required.
Adjust the force setting so that the gate can be held open
by hand.
INITIAL SETTING OF REMOTE CONTROL
Receiver 801214 with module and transmitter is needed.
The radio remote control unit functions with a computer pre-
programmed private security code (approximately 3.5 billion
code possibilities). In this way, your sliding gate control unit
can only be activated by a remote control with the correct
code. The operating range depends on local conditions.
The receiver module of the motor control unit has a built-in
self learn function. It can be set in accordance with the
preprogrammed code of the handset by pressing the learn
button. See Illustration 3.
The control unit comprises 2 learn channels. In this way, the
remote control may be used to open or close the gate partial
(pedestrian function) or complete. When, for example,
receiver channel 1 (3) receives the code of the first remote
control button, then the gate opens partially (1). When the
second channel (4) is set in accordance with the remote
control code of the second control button, then the gate
opens completely (2).
In order to configure the control PCB pre-programmed code in
accordance with the handset, the learn and transmit buttons
for the required channel must be pressed and held until the
associated LED lights up briefly.
Repeat this procedure for every transmitter.
NOTE: If the operation button is released before the learn
LED has stopped flashing, the remote control code will not
be accepted.
NOTE: Four transmitters, 1 wireless keyless entry
system and 1 transmitter with dip-switch coding (4332E)
can be used with the equipment. The system has to be
"taught" to work with these additional devices.
ANTENNE: An antenna is connected to the radio reception
module. If a longer range is required, connect an external
antenna (ANT4X-1LM) (Illustration 3).
DELETION OF PROGRAMMED
REMOTE-CONTROL CODES
Press the corresponding learn button (1 or 2) on the receiver
PCB for approximately 6 seconds (do not release button)
until the learn LED goes off. All codes memorised with this
learn button have now been deleted.

REPROGRAMMING
When reprogramming, the above-mentioned coding steps
must be repeated for all remote-control handsets in operation
and their control buttons.
If in the vicinity of the radio controlled gate, there are also
medical, industrial, scientific, military and household radio
systems in operation, some of which operate at high power;
the close proximity of such a radio installation could lead to a
reduction in operating range or temporary interference in your
radio remote-control system.
Your radio remote-control system has a digital code, i.e.,
accidental operation of the gate actuator is virtually impossible.
