2.1 COUPLING THE CULTIVATOR TO THE MOTOR HOE

The cultivator, as the majority of the implements, is coupled to the motor hoe by
means of the two tie-rods n.1 as shown in fig.3, and part of the machine's
standard equipment.
Series 700 22 800 mm and 22M cultivators can be coupled only to Model 714
and 716 with 6.5/80x12 wheels as of Serial N° 146593.
The following accessories are available:
− Coupling extension, essential when the motor hoe is using 6.5/80x15 wheel.
− Cultivator 22M reduction to 450 mm.
− Direction blade slide for 22M cultivator recommended for grassy land.
− Road-wheel.

2.2 CULTIVATION DEPTH REGULATION

Work depth is adjusted by the angle of the hoes connected to the direction blade
(fig.4).
Raising or lowering blade C will increase or decrease work depth.

2.3 HOOD HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

To adjust hood height, insert screw n.1 (fig.1-2) in one of the holes along the
adjustment rod. This operation is necessary to prevent soil collecting under the
hood when you are working on very wet ground or to prevent excessive dust
when the soil is very dry.
