Receiving mode of DTRXDC

Jumper: Jumper JP1
Settings::
RS485: JP1 set to RS485.
RS232: JP1 set to RS232.
Note:
if the DTRXDC receives commands directly from the control keyboard DCS3 select RS485;
if the DTRXDC communicates with a personal computer select RS232

Inserting the load in the RS485 line

Where to act: Jumper JP2 e JP3
Settings:
JP2 in position A: load inserted in RS485 transmission
JP2 in position B: load disconnected in RS485 transmission.
JP3 in position A: load inserted in RS485 reception.
JP3 in position B: load disconnected in RS485 reception.

Type of lenses used

ATTENZIONE : Warning: an inaccurate connection of the lenses can cause damages to the lenses!
The DTRXDC receiver can control both polarity inversion lenses and common wire lenses. In case of common wire
lenses, connect the common wire to FOCUS -.

Communication speed

The DTRXDC receiver can communicate with a speed of 1200 or 9600 baud, so it can be used in digital transmittion
systems.

AUX1 / AUX2 auxiliary devices

It is possible to set the functioning of the AUX1 /AUX2 auxiliary devices by setting switch 1 of dip-switch SW3:
- switch 1 of SW3 set to the OFF (default) position: the operator has to press the control key in order to activate the
auxiliary device and then to press it again in order to deactivate it.
- switch 1 of SW3 set to the ON position: the auxiliary device remain activated as long as the operator keeps pressing
the relevant control key

Setting of the speed in Autopan

It is possible to set 8 different speeds for the autopan mouvement of Pan & Tilt, operating on the switch 6,7 and 8 of
SW2. Speed n°1 is the minimum one while speed nr° 8 is the maximum one.
