Battery maintenance

• Do not use batteries other than the original model.
• Do not touch the battery contacts and do not open the battery compartment. Do not place
metal objects in contact with the battery. This may cause short circuits and damage the
battery, or even injure or kill the user.
• Only use the original charger. A different charger may damage the device or cause a fire.
• Do not dispose of the battery in the household garbage. Follow local environmental regulations
on recharging the battery after each use of the device will prolong its strength and performance.
• Do not use the battery in extreme environments (-20° C; +50° C), as this may cause the
battery to malfunction and even cause a fire hazard.
• Do not expose the battery to the sun for too long (e. g. , in the trunk of a car) and do not throw
it into a fire, as this may cause an explosion.
• It is necessary to fully charge the battery every two months to prevent it from compro- mising.
If you do not charge the battery for more than 4 months, the battery may be irreversibly
damaged.
• Only authorized repairers may change the battery. Don't do it if you're not a professional.
