This display shows the values and settings.

By pressing "Presets" you will skip to the menu "Current
Presets" and the Presets, which are to be entered or have
already been entered at the "active" programs.
Note:
The performance can be increased or decreased by 50 Watt
by means of the navigation keys or by 5 Watt by means of
the- / + keys during training stand-by or training.

"Thomas" entered beforehand under "Presets -> Pulse

Pressing "- /+" will switch the mode of the programs from
time to distance. Under programs length, you can adjust the
time from 20 - 120 minutes and the distance from 8 kilomet-
res to 48 kilometres (cross ergometer 24 kilometres).
