- Place a new battery in the battery
compartment in exactly the same
position as the one you have just
removed (Figure 3).
- Plug the battery plug carefully into the
socket on the circuit board (Figure 3).
Take great care throughout this
procedure and do not use excessive
force at any point. The plug is
polarized and can only fi t into the
socket on the circuit board in one
direction.
To the right of the battery compartment,
you will see a LED. This LED will flash
as soon as the circuit board is receiving
power
from
(Figure 4).
Remove the elastic O-rings from the
bottom part of the logger housing
(Figure 5).
- Cleaning the slots in which the O-
rings were located (Figure 6).
- Take new O-rings, cover it with a thin
layer of grease and place it in the
slots (red = Figure 7, black =
Figure 8).
The layer of grease should cover the
O-rings
