U18 How to edit a name in the directory

If you wish to edit a name in the directory:
- press MENU and use the
Namedir menu, then press OK

• Configurations
• Namedir
• Incoming call
• Alarms
- use the keys to show the Display option, then
press OK;
• Display
• New heading
• Fast numbers
• Delete all
• Info
- the names stored in the directory will be displayed
in alphabetical order; use the
through the list.
To speed up scrolling, press and hold
Or
- enter the name, even using just part of the
extension;
If there are several users with the same initial, you
can scroll through the list using the
- press MENU to view a screen in the bottom right-
hand corner.
