CHECK
Before installing the product, please read the fol-
lowing checklist carefully.
Check that the harness fits the child's body and
that the shoulder straps are at the correct height.
Regularly check that the seat belts are not dam-
aged. If damaged, do not use the product and con-
tact your supplier or importer (check the address
on the card showing the service centres).
Check that the car seat is secured with the vehicle
belts.
Should you have any queries, please contact the
retailer.
Be sure to have on hand the following details:
- serial number;
- brand and model of the vehicle on which the seat
is mounted;
- age and weight of the child.
WARRANTY
The warranty starts from the date of purchase of
the product and is valid for 12 months. The warran-
ty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not
transferable.
The warranty can only be used for products that
have not been modified by the user.
In the event of defects, the purchaser must return
the product to the retailer. If your retailer is unable
to solve the problem, he must return the product
to the manufacturer with a precise description of
the defect and accompanied by a valid proof of pur-
chase. Changes or refunds may not be requested.
Repairs do not constitute an extension of the war-
ranty.
The manufacturer is not liable for any damage oth-
er than that relating to the product supplied.
The warranty is not valid if:
- the product is returned without proof of purchase;
- the defect is caused by negligence;
- there is damage or the serial number has been
removed.
- wear typical of daily use is found;
- the terms and conditions have not been observed.

APPROVAL
•
The child safety seat was designed, tested and
certified according to the European standards
for child safety devices (ECE R44/04).
•
The European approval mark (a circled "E")
and the approval number can be found on the
approval label (label on the seat).
•
This approval is considered void if modifica-
tions are made to the seat. The manufacturer
is the only one authorised to make changes to
the seat.
WARNINGS
•
Use the seat only as a child restraint device in
the vehicle. Do not use as a toy or seat at home.
•
Car safety belts must be approved according
to ECE R 16 or other equivalent standards, e.g.
see approval marked with an "E" or a circled
"e".
•
It can only be used with a 3-point safety belt.
•
Use is permitted in the seats opposite to the
direction of travel (e.g. in vans or minibuses)
only if the seats are approved and their use is
approved also for adults. The seat must not be
close to the action area of an airbag.
•
In the presence of a front airbag, pull the pas-
senger seat completely backwards, or almost
and disable the airbag. If you are unable disa-
ble it, DO NOT install the child seat on this seat.
Read the instructions provided by the manu-
facturer.
•
It is not to be used if the seat has only a 2-point
belt.
•
The ease of use of this child car seat and its
features, designed taking into consideration
the child's somatologic characteristics, guar-
antee the utmost safety and comfort for your
child.
•
For perfect operation of the product, use the
seat until this can be considered suitable in
relation to the height and weight of your child.
It will also be important be make sure to as-
semble it carefully and secure it with attention.

Researches show that a high number of child
car seats are not fitted correctly. Therefore,
please read these instructions carefully. Our
product ensures the utmost safety only when it
is used in accordance with these instructions.
• WARNING!
do not carry the child seat out of
the car with the child inside.
• IMPORTANT:
read this manual before installing
your child car seat. In case of improper instal-
lation the seat can pose a danger to the child
and other passengers. Always keep this manu-
al in the child car seat pocket.

do not mount the child seat on a
passenger seat fitted with enabled front air-
bag.

do not leave your baby alone in the
car.
• WARNING!
do not use the child seat at home,
since this product has been specifically
designed for the car and for domestic use.

do not attempt to disassemble,
modify or add parts to the child car seat, or
change the safety belt set-up or their use;

do not use the car seat for more
than 5 years. Over time, the quality of the mate-
rials could be affected.
• WARNING!
do not use the child car seat after
an accident. In the event of an accident, pur-
chase one again.

do not use the child car seat with-
out the cover, as it contributes to the safety of
the seat.

do not use aggressive detergents
as they may damage the materials that com-
pose the seat.

do not allow your child to play with
or adjust the seat.

do not insert any type of padding
between the base of the child car seat and the
car seat, because it could affect the stability
and safety of the seat.

do not alter or add parts to the
product;

mended by the manufacturer;

do not use the child seat in a dif-
ferent way other than that described in these
instructions.

Store any backpacks, satchel etc. worn by the
child in the boot before sitting the child in the
child car seat.
•
The child car seat has been designed exclu-
sively for transporting children in the car. It is
therefore forbidden to use the product as a
seat, chair for games or any other use not ex-
pressly indicated.

Do not remove or adjust the seat when your
child is sitting in it.
• MAKE SURE
that the child seat does not come
into contact with acids, solvents or other corro-
sive substances.
• MAKE SURE
that all luggage and objects likely
to cause injury in the event of an accident are
properly secured inside the car.
• BE SURE
to always use the safety harness for
your child supplied with the car seat.
• MAKE SURE
that both the 3-point safety har-
ness and the child safety belt are adequately
tight, so that the child or the seat do not slip
inside the car.
• BE SURE
to fasten the car seat even when the
child is not on board.
• MAKE SURE
that the seat is not damaged due
to crushing caused by heavy luggage, adjusta-
ble seats, doors, etc..
• BE SURE
to keep this manual in the car seat
pocket for future reference.
• BE SURE
to keep this manual in your car for
future reference if needed.

Prolonged exposure to the sun can cause ex-
cessive temperature increase inside the vehi-
cle. To avoid scalding the baby, we recommend
protecting the seat with a cloth or towel and
reducing the temperature inside the vehicle by
airing before starting off on a journey.
• IMPORTANT:
when the child seat is fitted with a
three-point belt: the seat must be used in con-
junction with a three-point belt and a diagonal
belt that conform to UN/ECE regulation no. 16
or other equivalent standards.
• REMEMBER:
Although this product has been
manufactured according to the latest Europe-
an regulations, if the seat is not fitted properly,
the product may not ensure adequate child
protection in the event of an accident.
•
Before starting a trip using the seat, remember
to perform all control actions specified in this
instruction manual.
