Switching the appliance on and off
Switching on
Press the # button.
The fan starts at fan setting 2. LED 2 on the appliance
lights up.
Switching off
Press the # button.

The fan run-on is activated, LED 6 on the appliance
flashes. The fan automatically switches off after
approx. 10 minutes.
Press the # button again.

The appliance is switched off.

Press the @ or A button to set a different fan

setting.
The corresponding LEDs light up on the appliance.

Intensive setting

You can use the intensive setting if there is a large build-
up of odours and fumes/vapours.

The fan starts at fan setting 2.
Press the @ button twice in order to set intensive

mode 2.
Note: Intensive mode 1 is only available via the
Home Connect app.
The corresponding LEDs light up on the appliance.
Note: After approx. 6 minutes, the extractor hood
automatically switches back to fan setting 3.

Intermittent ventilation

Switching on
With intermittent ventilation, the ventilation system
switches itself off for approximately 6 minutes every
hour.
Note: You can custom configure the time and fan
setting in the Home Connect app.

Press the to switch on intermittent ventilation.
LED 6 flashes continuously, the LED for the selected
fan setting lights up on the appliance.
When the ventilation time ends, the LED for the fan
setting you have selected goes out. LED 6 continues to
flash.
