Potatoes: balance and pleasure each and every day!

Depending on the variety, the climate and the way they are grown, there are a huge number of different kinds of
potato: shape, size, flavour. Each of them has its own characteristics in terms of seasonality, yield, size, colour,
conservation and culinary uses. The cooking results therefore vary depending on the origin and the season.

In Actifry the maximum recommended French fries thickness is 0.51 x 0.51 inches and a length of up to 3.54 inches.
