- On the undertray : place the screw 5x25 small head in its location (red arrow). Place the number plate support and
fit it thanks to the 3 screws 5x15 and the 3 Nylock nuts (white arrows), taking care to insert a rubber washer between
the screw and plate holder, and 1 metallic washer between the Nylock nut and the undertray.
- Place the blinkers indicators on the edges of the number plate holder. Pass the blinkers' wires through the foreseen
hole (see red arrow on the photo).
- Position the undertray on the scooter : if the brackets are not well placed, place them correcty and then tighten
completely.
- Crimp the 2 male terminals on the plate lightning's wires.
- Place the rubber washers on the screws 5x25 big head. Position the undertray on the scooter and screw the 3 fitting
screws.
- Connect the indicators and the plate lightning by extending the original cables, and as indicated below:
Left indicator:
Right indicator:
The indicators' earth is connected to the double terminal of the original beam.
- Clip again the handle cover and screw again the 2 Phillips screws of the cover.
It is advised to check the slope of the number plate before assembly, and if necessary, fold
the plate metal support so as to preserve a slope in the standards (do not fold the metal

painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.

* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They are not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made with original tyres
and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.

Caution. Take care to connect the provided resistances in parallel on the rear
indicators. Indicators will stay alight without resistance.
