which H0 turns off the heat. The initial setting is set to H3. Each press on this button enables you to successively move
between the H4-H5-H0-H1-H2-H3-H4 modes. Upon each press of the «INFRARED» button, you can read the heat level
on the LCD screen. The screen will then display the speed level again after a time delay of 8 seconds after each press.
• Press «AUTO» to select automatic mode. This unit has two programmes available: circulation I and circulation II. Each
press on the «AUTO» button enables you to successively move between the Manuel – Circulation I – Circulation II –
Manuel modes.
1. Circulation I:
The vibration speed varies between levels 2 and 12.
The infra-red heat varies between levels 5 and 1.
The time delay between passing from each mode is 8 seconds.
2. Circulation II:
The vibration speed varies successively between levels 2-8-4-6-12-7-9 and 5.
The infra-red heat varies between the following levels: 5-5-4-4-1-1-3-3.
The time delay between passing from each mode is 4 seconds.
• Select the appropriate time, infra-red temperature and speed according to your state of health. We recommend using
the appliance for 1 to 3 minutes for its first use in a given area. Then change the duration, temperature and speed
according to your desires. You must select the functions starting from a low level of intensity.
• Press the «ON/OFF» button to turn off the power supply; then remove the plug from the plug socket.
REMOTE CONTROL: TO BE USED WHEN IN MANUAL MODE.
The remote control operates with a CR2032 battery (not provided).
Insert the battery into the remote control according to the «+» and
«-» polarities.
1) POWER SUPPLY ON/OFF: to turn the appliance on or off.
2) Infra-red: to change the level of thermotherapy.
3) Speed: to adjust the vibration speed.
APPLICATIONS AND EFFICIENCY
This appliance can be used to massage the feet, but also other parts of the body. For calf, thigh, back and waist massages,
the vibrating massage can reduce the feeling of tiredness and alleviate muscle stiffness.
• Foot massage
Sit comfortably and place your feet on the board. You do not have to remove your pants or your socks. The feet reflect
the overall health of the body. Therefore, the foot massage allows reducing and evacuating the deposits, promoting a
better blood circulation and a better body balance.
• Calf massage
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position and place your calf in the centre of the appliance.
• Thigh and buttocks massage
Sit down in a comfortable position and place your thigh in the centre of the appliance. Massaging these parts of the
body helps the muscles to relax.
