DOOR REVERSAL INSTRUCTIONS

The door reversal process will require two people
to avoid injury or damage to the unit or personal
property.
If the appliance is placed on its back or side for any
length of time during this process, it must be allowed
to remain upright for 6 hours before plugging it in
to avoid damage to the internal components.
1. Remove the screws from the upper hinge.
Remove the upper hinge and door from the
chassis. See fi gure A.
2. Remove the hinge sleeve and hole plugs from
the top of the door. Remove the screws and the
magnet from the bottom of the door. Install the
magnet at the top of the door and install the
hinge sleeve and door plugs in the holes at the
bottom of the door. Remove the door axis and
hinge pin from the lower right side of the door.
See fi gures A and B.
3. Remove the door brace from the lower left hinge
and install it on the lower right hinge. See fi gure

4. When reinstalling the door, it will need to be
fl ipped 180° from its original position to ensure
that the handle is on the correct side and that
the magnet is on the bottom. Install the door
by attaching the hinge pin and door axis to
the lower left side of the door, then secure it to
the bottom left hinge with two screws. Install
the upper left hinge to secure the door to the
chassis. See fi gure D.
5. Ensure the top of the door is properly aligned
with the top of the cabinet, that the magnet
makes contact with the receiver on the kickplate
and that the rubber gasket makes a good seal
with the cabinet all the way around.
