Possible cause

finished.

The skin temperature is too
high.
The skin temperature is too
high. If the infrared sensor
senses a too high temperature,
the BlueTouch Pain Relief Patch
switches off.
The rechargeable batteries are
empty.
The batteries contain just
enough energy for one

This is normal.
The adapter is not inserted or
not inserted properly into the
wall socket.

not inserted or not inserted
properly into the adapter.
The wall socket into which the
adapter is not live.
Solution
The BlueTouch Pain Relief Patch has been
programmed to switch off automatically
after the treatment time in the selected
treatment mode has elapsed.
Check the position of the patch in the
strap. Make sure the strap does not cover
the infrared sensor. If the infrared sensor is
not covered but the BlueTouch Pain Relief
Patch still switches off, it is probably broken.
In that case, contact Philips.
Check if you do not wear too many or too
thick clothes over the BlueTouch Pain Relief
Patch during treatment.
Let the BlueTouch Pain Relief Patch cool
down for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes,
the LEDs go on in power-save mode. Put
the BlueTouch Pain Relief Patch back on
your skin and continue your treatment.
Charge the BlueTouch Pain Relief Patch
(see chapter 'Charging').
Complete the treatment and charge
BlueTouch Pain Relief Patch after use
(see chapter 'Charging').
No action required.
Insert the adapter into the wall socket
properly.
Insert the standard USB plug into the
adapter properly.
Connect another appliance to the same
socket to check if the socket is live. If the
wall socket is live, but the BlueTouch Pain
Relief Patch does not charge, contact
Philips.
