DB3 - DB0 (transmitter ID) = ID of the transmitter that couldn't be learned.

Status = 00 → Transmitter ID successfully registered in the input filter
Status = FF → Index not within the permitted range

Gateway Replay INFI Element
(RMT Receive Message Telegram)
The gateway sends this telegram to the master
after the master has sent a query for a transmitter ID No. (IND) in the input filter.
The respective transmitter ID of the transmitter that has been learned is indicated
by bytes DB3 through DB0.
IND = Index position number (1-32) in the input filter.
Indicates the learned transmitter's position in the input filter.
