The totaliser function captures the current
(instantaneous) measured value every 100 msec.
From these values the throughput rate per second
is calculated. To convert the throughput rate into
other units FACTOR and SCALE are available.
Negative measured values are also taken into
consideration. A decimal point that is programmed
with a current measured value is not taken into
consideration. The throughput rate is added into
the totaliser memory every second. A dummy
decimal point (optical indication only) can be
programmed into the totaliser as required.
