j) When the cylinders have been properly filled and the process is complete, ensure
that the cylinders and equipment are promptly removed from the site and that all
equipment isolation valves are closed.
k) Recovered refrigerant should not be charged to another refrigeration system
unless it has been cleaned and tested.
Loading Procedures
ο
In addition to standard charging procedures, the following requirements must be met.
Ensure that there is no contamination of individual refrigerants when using
–
charging equipment. Hoses or lines should be kept as short as possible to
minimize the amount of refrigerant they contain.
Cylinders should be kept in an upright position.
–
Make sure the refrigeration system is grounded before charging the system
–
with refrigerant.
Label the system when charging is complete (if not already done).
–
Be very careful not to overfill the refrigeration system.
–
Before recharging the system, it must be pressure tested with OFN. The system
should be leak tested at the end of charging but before commissioning. A follow-up
leak test must be performed before leaving the site.
The safety wire model is 5* 20_5A/250VAC, and must meet the anti-deflagration
ο
requirements.
Solución al fallo P1/P2/P3:
1.
Si P1/P2/P3 aparece con otros fallos, por favor, resuelva los otros primero.
2.
Si no hay otros fallos de P3~E0, y P1 y P2 siguen existiendo, desenchufe la unidad
y vuelva a enchufarla después de 1 hora.
3.
Si sólo existe P3, deje el ventilador en marcha durante 30 minutos. Si P3 sigue
existiendo después de la operación, por favor desenchufe la unidad y vuelva a
enchufarla después de 1 hora.
Nota: Póngase en contacto con el servicio de asistencia técnica cuando los fallos no
puedan resolverse.
Compruebe el suministro de agua y el gatillo con frecuencia. Debe evitar que
ο
entre agua o aire en el sistema, ya que esto afectará al rendimiento y la
fiabilidad de la unidad. Debe limpiar el filtro de la piscina/spa con regularidad
para evitar daños en la unidad debido a un filtro obstruido o sucio.
El área alrededor de la unidad debe estar seca, limpia y bien ventilada. Limpie
ο
regularmente el intercambiador de calor lateral para mantener un buen
intercambio de calor y ahorrar energía.
La presión de funcionamiento del sistema de refrigeración sólo debe ser
ο
mantenida por un técnico certificado.
Compruebe regularmente la alimentación y las conexiones de los cables

Descargue toda el agua de la bomba de agua y del sistema de agua, para que el
