4.2.2 Shred paper CDs, DVDs, BluRay discs and plastic
cards
■ Insert the paper or the plastic card (for smaller shreds) into the
centre of the feed shaft (2). The cutting rollers are switched on
automatically.
■ Let go of the paper or plastic card. The device switches off automa-
tically after shredding is completed.
■ Insert the CD, DVD, Blu-ray disc or plastic card into the centre of
the feed shaft (2). The cutting rollers are switched on automatically.
■ Let go of the CD, DVD, Blu-ray disc or plastic card. The device
switches off automatically after shredding is completed.

4.2.3 Reverse modes

■ Slide the operating switch (5) to the "Rev" position. The rollers of
the cutting system rotate in reverse.
■ Slide the operating switch (5) to the "Auto" position.
■ Switch approximately three times successively between the posi-
tions "Rev" and "Auto".
■ Switch off the device and remove the jammed paper or plastic card
from the feed shaft (2).

Empty the bin frequently in order to prevent damage to the
device.
These modes serve to remove any blockages in the cutter
system.
