Installing a light fixture yourself
The Icecube comes standard with 2
fluorescent lamps ('blue lights'). They can
be replaced by 'ordinary' 36W fluorescent
lamps.
If you decide to buy and install a light
fixture yourself, it must meet the following
requirements:
- type: 2 x 36 W
- maximum L x W x H:
1300 mm x 350 mm x 120 mm
- International protection rating: IP 65
Declaration of conformity:
This product meets the
requirements of European
Directives 2006/95/EC and 2004/108/EC.

Warning light set
The light fixture available from Extremis can
be used in the countries participating in the
ENEC agreement (mains voltage 220-240
V, 50-60 Hz):
Spain, United Kingdom, Portugal,
Switzerland, Greece, Italy, Sweden, the
Netherlands, France, Hungary, the Czech
Republic, Norway, Ireland, Belgium,
Finland, Slovakia, Luxemburg, Germany,
Denmark, Austria.
In following countries it will be necessary
to fit another plug: Switzerland, United
Kingdom, Ireland, China, Hong Kong,
Australia, New-Zeeland. Residents of other
countries are advised to buy a light fixture
locally. It is available everywhere.
The assembly and the replacement of the
LED light bulbs may only be carried out
by a qualified electrician. Extremis shall
not be liable in any way for any damage
caused by incorrect assembly, improper or
unforeseeable use, taking account of all the
specifications and instructions contained in
this manual.
cushion
Warning cushion
1. The cushion for Icecube only fits models
that were delivered later than 02/01/2007
with following dimensions: 150 X 50 X
50 cm.
2. The bottom of this cushion is not
waterproof! Do not put in contact with
water or ice.
3. Do not use the cushion in combination
with wheels.
4. Depending on the amount of UV light,
discoloration may occur.
5. The Icecube cushion was treated to be
used outdoors. We recommend taking it
inside when not in use.
6. Please take care that the air under the
cushion can escape at any time. When no
drainage is installed both lids in the
Icecube have to be opened before
installing the cushion. If the air under
the cushion is not sufficiently allowed to
escape, the cushions coating my be
damaged when a large weight is placed
upon it.
7. When the top layer is damaged, the
cushion is no longer protected against
humidity and will get damaged beyond
repair. Therefore do not pinch the top
layer or use sharp or burning objects.
Cleaning the cushion
This may be done by using soap and water.
Do NOT use alcohol containing detergents.
