22.1 Safety notices

Danger
► Only qualified electricians, who have been trained by the manufacturer may carry out
any repairs on electrical equipment.
► Improperly performed repairs may result in personal injury or damage to the device.

22.2 Troubleshooting

The device does not work:
1. Check that the cable is properly plugged into the wall socket
2. Check cable for damage.
3. Verify that the wall socket works with another device.

22.3 Troubleshooting table

The digital display is lit, but the device does not start the cooking program and displays
an error code instead:

Solution
Fill clean water up to above the "MIN" level.
Fill clean water up to above the "MIN" level.
Place the device on a flat surface
Please contact customer service
When the water level is lower than MIN mark or the
water shortage sensor probably is not working
correctly, the overheating protection will be
activated. Pull the plug and let the device cool
down. Fill in enough water and plug in again.
