    VERIFICHE PRIMA E DOPO L’UTILIZZO Per una guida sicura ed una vita duratura del veicolo si consiglia di: 1 Verificare tutti i livelli dei liquidi. 2 Verificare il corretto funzionamento dei freni e l’usura pasticche (pag. 48). 3 Verificare la pressione, lo stato generale e lo spessore del battistrada. 4 Verificare il corretto tensionamento dei raggi.

    OLIO MOTORE CONTROLLO LIVELLO Quando il motore è freddo controllare, attra- verso l’oblò 1 la presenza dell’olio. Il livello dell’olio deve essere sempre visibile dall’oblò, in caso contrario procedere al rabbocco attraverso il tappo di carico 2 fino al rag- giungimento del bordo superiore dell’oblò.
  • Page 41 Per la sostituzione del filtro olio in carta svitare le due viti 3 per lo smontaggio del coperchio filtro olio e sfilare il filtro tramite pinza ad allargare. Reinserito il nuovo filtro in carta, richiudere il coperchio serrando le due viti con una coppia di 10 Nm.

    OLIO CAMBIO CONTROLLO LIVELLO Tenere il veicolo in posizione verticale rispetto al terreno. Posteggiare la moto su fondo piano e in modo stabile. Rimuovere il tappo di ispezione 1. Il livello olio deve arrivare al bordo infe- riore del foro filettato. In caso contrario procedere al rabbocco attraverso il tappo di carico 2.

    Richiudere il tappo di carico 2. ATTENZIONE: L’olio caldo può causare gravi ustioni! AVVERTENZA: Smaltire l’olio usato nel rispetto delle norma tive vigenti. Rimontare la piastra protezione motore serrando le viti a 10Nm. LIQUIDO DI RAFFREDDAMENTO CONTROLLO LIVELLO Tenere il veicolo in posizione verticale rispetto al terreno.

    FRENO ANTERIORE CONTROLLO LIVELLO LIQUIDO FRENO ANTERIORE Controllare attraverso la spia livello A, la presenza del liquido freni. Il livello minimo del liquido non deve mai essere inferiore al riferimento ricavato nella spia. RABBOCCO LIQUIDO FRENO ANTERIORE Per ripristinare il livello procedere al rab- bocco svitando le due viti 1, sollevando il tappo 2 e inserendo il liquido freni fino a 5 mm sotto il bordo superiore del serbatoio.

    SPURGO FRENO ANTERIORE Per lo spurgo aria dal circuito frenante anteriore procedere come segue: •Togliere il cappuccio di gomma 1 dalla valvola 2. •Aprire il tappo vaschetta olio. •Inserire un’estremità di un tubicino traspa- rente nella valvola 2, e l’altra all’interno di un contenitore.

    CONTROLLO PASTIGLIE FRENO ANTERIORE Per verificare lo stato di usura del freno anteriore è sufficiente visionare la pinza dal basso, dove è possibile intravedere le estremità delle due pastiglie che dovranno presentare uno spessore di almeno 2 mm di ferodo. Nel caso lo strato fosse inferio- re procedere immediatamente alla loro sostituzione.

    FRENO POSTERIORE CONTROLLO LIVELLO LIQUIDO FRENO POSTERIORE Controllare attraverso la spia livello A, la presenza del liquido freni.     CONTROLLO PASTIGLIE FRENO POSTERIORE Per verificare lo stato di usura del freno posteriore è sufficiente visionare la pinza dal lato posteriore, dove è possibile in- travedere le estremità delle due pastiglie che dovranno presentare uno spessore di almeno 2 mm di ferodo. Nel caso lo strato fosse inferiore procedere immediatamente alla loro sostituzione.

    SEITENSTÄNDER Den Seitenständer mit dem Fuß auf den Boden drücken und das Motorrad auf dem Ständer abstellen. Darauf achten, dass der Untergrund fest und die Position stabil ist. ACHTUNG: Nicht auf das Fahrzeug steigen, wenn der seitliche Ständer gesenkt ist. Bei Fahrten im Gelände kann der geschlos- sene Seitenständer zusätzlich mit einem Gummiband gesichert werden.

Wenn man nur die interne Batterie verwendet: •Wenn das Symbol LO vorhanden ist, schaltet sich die Hintergrundbeleuchtung nicht ein. Das Symbol erscheint, wenn die Batteriespannung unter 2,45V liegt.     LEGENDE DER SYMBOLE Drehmoment Schraubensicherung mittlerer Stärke BREMSEN VORDERRADBREMSE Die Vorderradbremse ist eine Scheiben- bremse mit hydraulischer Betätigung.     GASZUGSPIEL EINSTELLEN Der Gaszug muss immer ein Spiel von 3-5 mm haben. Weiterhin darf sich die Leerlaufdrehzahl bei laufendem Motor nicht ändern, wenn der Lenker vollständig nach links oder rechts gedreht wird. Die Schutzkappe 1 nach hinten schieben. Die Kontermutter 2 lösen und die Stell- schraube 3 entsprechend verstellen.

Bei Drehen in Uhrzeigersinn (in Richtung +) erhöht sich die Wirkung der Ausdehnungsbremse, bei Drehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn (in Richtung -) verringert sich die Wirkung der Ausdehnungsbremse.

    MOTORÖL KONTROLLE MOTORÖLSTAND Bei kaltem Motor den Ölstand durch das Sichtfenster 1 kontrollieren. Der Ölstand muß immer durch das Sichtfenster erkenn- bar sein, andernfalls über den Füllstopfen 2 mit dem Nachfüllen fortfahren, bis der obere Rand des Sichtglases erreicht wird.   • Page 287 Um den Ölfilter zu wechseln, müssen die beiden Schrauben 3 und der Ölfilterdeckel entfernt werden. Mit einer Sicherungsring- zange kann der Ölfilter aus dem Gehäuse gezogen werden. Den neuen Ölfilter einsetzen, den Deckel mit dem O-Ring montieren, die beiden Schrauben anbringen und mit 10 Nm festziehen.

Der Ölstand muss immer durch das Sichtfenster erkennbar sein, falls das Gegenteil der Fall sein sollte, durch den Einfüllstutzen 2 auffüllen.

    ZÜNDKERZE Eine Zündkerze in gutem Zustand trägt zu einem verringerten Benzinverbrauch und einem optimalen Motorbetrieb bei. Um zur Zündkerze zu gelangen muss die Sitzbank (Seite 76) und der Tank entfernt werden (Seite 78). Für eine Kontrolle den Kerzenstecker ab- ziehen und die Zündkerze abschrauben. Mit einer Blattlehre den Elektrodenabstand messen.

    VORDERRADBREMSE KONTROLLE BREMSFLÜSSIGKETSSTAND VORDERRADBREMSE Den Bremsflüssigkeitsstand über das Schauglas A kontrollieren. Der Mindest- Bremsflüssigkeitsstand darf nie unterhalb der Markierung am Schauglas liegen.     KUPPLUNGSTEUERUNG KONTROLLE ÖLSTAND Für die Ölstandkontrolle der Kupplungs- pumpe muss der Deckel 2 entfernt werden. Die beiden Schrauben 1 abschrauben und den Deckel 2 zusammen mit dem Gummibalg abnehmen. Mit Kupplungspumpe in waagerechter Position muss sich der Ölstand 5 mm unterhalb des oberen Rands befinden.

ACHTUNG: Die Schrauben müssen mit einem Drehmomentschlüssel unter Beach- tung des angegebenen Werts an- gezogen werden.

    Die Gabel 3-4 Mal zusammendrücken und wieder los lassen. Die Radachse und die Schrauben des Beins anziehen. 50Nm ACHTUNG: Die Schrauben müssen mit einem Drehmomentschlüssel unter Beach- tung des angegebenen Werts an- gezogen werden. Das Anziehen muss so lange wiederholt werden, bis Drehmomentstabilität erreicht ist.

    REIFEN Ausschließlich die von BETAMOTOR genehmigten Reifen am Fahrzeug einbauen. Andere Reifen könnten das Fahrverhalten des Motorrads negativ beeinflussen. • Um Unfälle zu vermeiden, müssen beschädigte Reifen sofort gewechselt werden. • Abgenutzte (glatte) Reifen beeinflussen das Fahrverhalten des Motorrads negativ. Das gilt besonders auf nasser Fahrbahn und im Gelände. • Ein unzureichender Reifendruck führ zu ungleichmäßiger Abnutzung und einer Überhitzung des Reifens. • Das Vorderrad und das Hinterrad müssen Reifen mit dem gleichen Profil haben.

    ACEITE MOTOR CONTROL NIVEL Con el motor frío comprobar a través de la portilla 1 la presencia del mismo. El nivel del aceite debe ser siempre visible a través de la portilla. En el caso contrario a proceder a llenar el ni- vel del aceite a través del tapón 2 hasta que se alcance el borde superior del indicador.

    NEUMÁTICOS Montar exclusivamente neumáticos autorizados por BETAMOTOR. Otros neumáticos pueden perjudicar la estabilidad de la motocicleta en carretera. • Para garantizar vuestra incolumidad, los neumáticos dañados deben ser sustituidos inmediatamente. • Los neumáticos lisos empeoran las condiciones del vehículo en carretera, sobretodo cuando la misma está mojada y en todo terreno. • Una insuficiente presión provoca un desgaste anormal y el recalentamiento del neumático. • La rueda delantera y la trasera deben tener neumáticos con idéntico perfil. • Verificar la presión solo con los neumáticos fríos. • Tener la presión de los neumáticos dentro de los limites indicados. CADENA Para una más larga durada de la cadena de transmisión es oportuno controlar pe- riódicamente su tensión.
