Customer Service

Our products have been tested for reliability. If a defect should occur in spite of
this, our customer service will be glad to help. Before calling the customer
service, try to eliminate the problem with the help of the chapter "Errors and
possible rectification" in the Operating Instructions. If the appliance still does not
function trouble-free, your national Customer Service Centre will be glad to help.
Help us to speed up processing of your enquiry: please provide us the following
information from the Service Card of the appliance:
What appliance is defective (appliance model)?
What is the serial number of the appliance?
When was the appliance purchased? (purchase date)
Describe the failure or defect to us.
Important! You will find the appliance data on the Service Card and the rating
plate. Have this data ready in the event of a guarantee claim or if you have any
questions about the appliance. You will find the Service Card on the back page of
these Operating Instructions.
The appliance rating plate can be found under the filter cover  Keep the
puchase receipt as proof of date of puchase in a safe place.
Please refer to the Service Card on the back of this User Manual for addresses of
the responsible national Customer Service. Please note that repairs outside of the
guarantee period will be at your expense.
