Statement of Warranties - Gaggenau Dishwashers
The warranties provided by the Gaggenau Division of BSH Home Appliances Corporation ("Gaggenau") in this Statement of
Warranties apply only to Gaggenau Dishwashers sold to the first using purchaser by Gaggenau authorized dealers, retailers
or service centers in the United States of America, limited to the 50 states, Canada and the District of Columbia. The
Warranties provided herein are transferable only from the first using purchaser to the first new owner until the expiration of the
first using purchaser's warranty period. Subsequent purchasers (from any and all new owners) are not covered under
warranty. The first using purchaser continues to be protected when he or she moves during the warranty period up to the
expiration date of the original warranty period.

* Date of purchase shall refer to the date the dishwasher was originally purchased by the first using purchaser from the dealer, retailer or
service center. On new home construction only, the date of purchase shall be the date of occupancy – the homeowner must provide a copy
of the occupancy permit to the servicer to validate the warranty.
EXCLUSIONS:
This warranty does not cover any damage to the dishwasher resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, marine or commercial
usage, failure to follow operating instructions, mishandling, alteration, failure to install in strict conformity with local fire and
building codes and regulations, failure to install in compliance with our installation instructions or ordinary wear and tear
resulting from use. In addition, the warranties provided in this Statement exclude repairs to correct the installation of the
dishwasher, to provide instructions on using the dishwasher, to replace house fuses, to correct plumbing in the home, to
correct electric wiring in the home or to repair any dishwasher that was used in a manner other than what is normal and
customary for home use.
Neither Gaggenau or the dealer, retailer or service center the dishwasher was purchased from shall be responsible for any
incidental or consequential damages occurring to persons or property resulting from the use of the dishwasher, except where
allowed by law (some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages). This warrant
gives specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. No other warranties are expressed or implied. We limit our
liability to repairing the dishwasher and replacing parts of the dishwasher only.

SCOPE OF WARRANTY
Gaggenau warrants the dishwasher to be free of
manufacturing defects in workmanship for two full years from
the date of the original retail purchase. Any part found
defective will be replaced by Gaggenau free of charge,
including service labor and replacement parts.
Gaggenau will repair or replace any microprocessor
or printed circuit boards that prove defective under conditions
of normal home use during the second through fifth year from
the date of original purchase, labor charges excluded.
Gaggenau will replace the upper or lower dish rack (excluding
rack components) free of charge, if the rack proves defective
in materials or workmanship under conditions of normal home
use, labor charges excluded.
Gaggenau will replace your dishwasher with the same model
or a current model that is equivalent or better in functionality
if the inner liner should rust through under conditions of
normal home use, labor charges excluded. Gaggenau will
replace the stainless steel door of any dishwasher if the door
should rust through under conditions of normal home use,
labor charges excluded.
