clamp to the D-ring of your harness and connect the tool
to the male clamp.

Steps to use cinch loop tool attachment

The cinch loop tool attachment has a loop at one end and
a D-ring at the other end. It is best suited for light weight
tools having a captive eye for attachment e.g. (Torpedo
level).
First pass the
loop through the
hole of the tool
and pass D-ring
end through the
tool attachment
loop forming
a knot on the
captive eye.
