Schutzrechte und Nutzungsumfang
Die Datei Ihrer Wahl unterliegt Schutzbestim-
mungen. Festo oder Dritte haben Schutzrechte
an dieser Elektronischen Dokumentation. So-
weit die Rechte Dritten zustehen, hat Festo
entsprechende Nutzungsrechte. Festo gestattet
dem Verwender die Nutzung unter den folgen-
den Voraussetzungen:
1. Nutzungsumfang
a) Der Verwender der Elektronischen Doku-
mentation ist berechtigt, diese für eigene,
ausschließlich betriebsinterne Zwecke auf
beliebig vielen Maschinen innerhalb seines
Betriebsgeländes (Einsatzort) zu nutzen.
Dieses Nutzungsrecht umfaßt ausschließ-
lich das Recht, die Elektronische Dokumen-
tation auf den am Einsatzort eingesetzten
Zentraleinheiten (Maschinen) zu speichern.
b) Die Elektronische Dokumentation darf am
Einsatzort des Verwenders in beliebiger
Zahl über einen Drucker ausgedruckt wer-
den, sofern dieser Ausdruck vollständig mit
diesen Nutzungsvereinbarungen und sonsti-
gen Benutzerhinweisen ausgedruckt bzw.
verwahrt wird.
c) Mit Ausnahme des Festo-Logos ist der Ver-
wender berechtigt, Bilder und Texte der
Elektronischen Dokumentation zur Erstel-
lung eigener Maschinen- und Anlagendoku-
mentation zu verwenden. Die Verwendung
des Festo-Logos bedarf der schriftlichen
Genehmigung von Festo. Für die Überein-
stimmung genutzter Bilder und Texte mit
Proprietary rights and scope of use
The file of your choice is subject to proprietary
rights. Festo or third parties hold proprietary
rights in respect of this electronic documenta-
tion. Insofar as the rights are granted to third
parties, Festo has acquired the appropriate
licences. Festo grants the purchaser the right
of use under the following conditions:
1. Scope of use
a) The user of the electronic documentation
has the right to use this only for his own
internal purposes on as many machines as
desired within his business location (site).
This right of use includes only the right to
store the electronic documentation on the
central processing units (machines) on the
site in question.
b) The electronic documentation may be
printed to any desired extent at the user's
site, providing this copy is printed com-
pletely with the conditions of use and other
user instructions.
c) With the exception of the Festo logo, the
user has the right to use illustrations and
texts in the electronic documentation for
creating his own machine and system
documentation. The use of the Festo logo
requires the written permission of Festo.
The user himself is responsible for ensur-
ing that both the illustrations and the texts
