8 Maintenance and Care

Regular check, maintenance and care should be performed by professional personnel, which will prolong
the unit life span.

8.1 Outdoor Heat Exchanger

Outdoor heat exchanger is required to be cleaned once every two months. Use vacuum cleaner with
nylon brush to clean up dust and sundries on the surface of heat exchanger. Blow away dust by compressed
air if it is available. Never use water to wash the heat exchanger.
8.2 Drain Pipe
Regularly check if the drain pipe is clogged in order to drain condensate smoothly.

8.3 Water Tank

Please check whether there's water leakage for the water tank periodically to prevent heat loss at the
water tank side.
