Internal terminals with thT bus communication data can be connected to this terminal.

5.2. Heat pump power supply

GEOSMART ENERGY heat pump needs 2 power supply connections. One is for control power supply including the power supply of
circulation pumps and/or internal and external valves, regulation signals, digital inputs and analogue inputs. This power supply
connection is single phase connection 1/N/PE 230 V / 50-60 Hz, it should be powered by a 16A external automatic breaker that shuts
all the circuits. The cable cross-section should be 2,5 mm
Control Supply
The other power supply connections are for the Drive and compressor. The drive/compressor may require single phase 1/N/PE 230
V / 50-60 Hz power.
The heat pumps should be powered by a external automatic breaker that shuts down all the circuits and at least detect alternating
or pulsating leakage current with or without continuous component, i.e. a type A or A HI (
differential switch, it is necessary to protect the heat pump with an external magneto-thermal switch. Shown below are the
recommended cable diameters for each heat pump model and the recommended range of external electric thermal-magnetic
protection. Maximum heat pump electrical consumption can vary widely depending on working conditions; for more information,
please refer to the Technical Service Manual.

This appliance can be connected only to a supply with system impedance no more than 0,36 Ω. In case necessary, please consult your
supply authority for system impedance information.
To carry out the electrical installation, insert the power cable through the rear cover of the heat pump and pass it to the bottom left
part of the heat pump. Continue by connecting the cables to the power terminal block of the heat pump, as described below.
