Description
The oven lighting can be switched on independently from the oven.
By setting the rotary button in this position, the interior of the oven is lit.
The upper heating element, grill element and fan are switched on.
To be used for preheating the oven.
Only the fan is switched on, no heating element is being used.
If the rotary button is in this position, the supergrill with fan mode is
activated. This mode speeds up the grilling process and adds more flavour
to the dish. Make sure the door of the oven is closed during cooking.
By means of the mode Supergrill dishes are grilled while the upper
heating element is also on. The mode ensures a higher temperature in the
higher section of the oven, as a result of which the dishes are browned
more. For grilling large portions of meat or for gratinated dishes.
Superficial grilling is used to roast small portions of meat: to grill steaks,
schnitzels, fish, toast, sausages, oven dishes (the grilled food may not be
thicker than 2-3 cm, it should be turned over while roasting).
At this position, only the lower heating element is on. Specific for pastry
that must be baked from the bottom (e.g. moist pastry with fruit).
With this mode, the oven is heated in the conventional way. Ideal for
baking cakes, meat, fish, bread, pizza on a single level (preheating and
use of dark baking trays required).
