Intended Use
The drill stand for diamond drills is intended for mounting the
Bosch diamond drill GDB 350 WE. With the help of the ma-
chine adapter 2 608 550 622, it is also possible to mount the
diamond drill GDB 2500 WE. Other devices may not be used.
Using an anchor, the drill stand for diamond drills can be fas-
tened to the floor, wall and overhead.
The drill stand for diamond drills can be attached to the floor
by means of vacuum (accessory) or (with an additional safe-
guard) against the wall. Attaching overhead is not permitted.
The drill stand for diamond drills can be attached to the floor
using the quick-clamping column. Attaching to a wall or over-
head is not permitted.

Assembly
Mounting the Drill Stand
Star Handle
Screw the three handle bars of the star handle 4 all the way in-
to the central hub of the star handle.
The star handle 4 serves both as the feed crank during drilling
and as a means of loosening or tightening screws on the drill
stand.
To drill, slide the star handle left or right, as required, all the
way onto the feed pinion 15. Pull the star handle off firmly to
remove it.
Feed Lock with Parking Brake
Lock the feed when performing any work on the drill stand,
during work breaks and when not using the drill stand. To do
so, turn on the parking brake 5.
To drill, loosen the parking brake 5 until the star handle 4 is
easy to move. When doing so, hold the star handle in place in
order to prevent the drill from sliding down in an uncontrolled
manner.
Mounting the Diamond Drill (see figures A–B)
Ensure that the parking brake 5 is on.

When placing the machine adapter 14 on the diamond drill,
ensure that the flange on the machine adapter also sits on the
right as shown in the illustration.
Attach the machine adapter 14 to the drill so that the feather
keys 13 of the machine adapter engage into the correspond-
ing recesses of the drill. Insert the four screws 12 of the ma-
chine adapter and tighten them using a hex key (size 6 mm).
Loosen the eccentric bolt 3 using the star handle 4 and pull it
as far as possible out of the drill fixture 16. Hang the drill with
the machine adapter 14 in the drill fixture so that the lower
flange of the machine adapter sits behind the lower bolt of the
drill fixture .
