SOME SAFETY NOTES, IN THE INTEREST OF YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY
When using electric domestic equipment, we would ask you always to observe the following:
1.
Read the instructions in full.
2.
To prevent short-circuits, never allow the equipment to come into contact with water or other liquids.
3.
Take special care if the equipment is used when children are present. The equipment is not a toy, and
should not be used by children.
4.
When not in use, always disconnect the plug before assembling or removing accessory components.
5.
Avoid contact with rotating parts.
6.
Do not use the equipment
- if the power cable or power plugs are defective,
- if the equipment is faulty,
- if the equipment has fallen down
- or is damaged in any other way.
In such a case, take the equipment to the nearest service point for checking or repair.
7.
Accessories not recommended by or purchased from the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shocks and
personal injury.
8.
Do not use in the open air.
9.
Do not allow power cable to hang over sharp edges of tables or sideboards.
10. When operating, do not allow hands and utensils (like spatulas) to come into contact with rotating parts like
disks and rasps (risk of injury and damage to the equipment). If a spatula or other kitchen utensil is used,

always first switch off the machine and disconnect the plug.
11. The disks and rasps are extremely sharp. Handle with care!
12. To prevent injury, only insert disks and rasps when the power is disconnected and the working container has
been properly positioned.
13. Before switching the equipment on, always ensure that the upper cover is correctly positioned.
14. Never insert food to be processed by hand. Always use the tamper.
15. Operate locking mechanisms with care (do not use force).
16. This equipment is only intended for domestic use.
17. The equipment should only be used for the purposes described in the operating instructions.
18. Before replacing accessories or components that move during operation, the equipment must be switched
off. Caution: parts may continue to revolve for a while, avoid contact!
19. Persons, including children, who in view of their physical, sensory or mental limitations or inexperience or
lack of information are not in a position to use the equipment safely must not use the equipment without
supervision or instruction from a responsible person.
KEEP THESE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS IN A SAFE PLACE.
