After use

– Having achieved the desired result, press the « » button to stop the
motor.
– Important: switch off the equipment promptly when you have
finished using it. First set the switch on the back of the machine
to «o». The indicator lamp will go out.
– Then disconnect the cable at both ends.
After using the disks
– Wait until all rotating parts have come to a standstill.
– Unlock the upper component (by pushing the red locking button in the
direction of the working container until it releases) and remove it.
– Remove disk with care.
Warning, the disks are sharp (risk of injury!)
– Remove lower cover by lifting.
– Carefully remove working container.
After use of the citrus squeezer attachment
– After the rotating parts have come to a standstill, first remove the
working container from the stand.
– Detach working cone from drive.
– Then detach the citrus squeezer attachment (caution – it is wet).
– For hygienic reasons, the electric disk grater and all its parts should
be cleaned as soon as you finish work.

Cleaning

– Before cleaning, always make sure that the equipment is switched off
(set main switch to «o». The indicator lamp will go out).
– Disconnect cable from power socket and equipment socket, and roll
up cable.
– Wipe motor block with a slightly moist cloth (you can add a little
detergent to the liquid). Then dry with a dry soft cloth.
– Never plunge motor block or power cable in water or clean them
under the tap.
