Inserting the disks

– Important: do not plug in before assembling the electric disk grater!
1. Place working container in the receptacle (so that it locks in).
2. Set the lower, transparent cover on the machine base (with the large
opening over the working container and the four white feet pointing
upwards).
3. Stick automatic tappet on the drive axle, so that it snaps in place
(press hard).
4. Select the disk you need, depending on what you want to do, and set
it on the drive axle.
Warning, the disks are sharp: risk of injury!

5. Then place the feed hopper on the top and press the red locking but-
ton in the direction of the hopper till it snaps in.
Important: the equipment has two safety switches. Consequently it
can only be operated when the upper component, the lower cover
and the working container are correctly assembled!
– Select the disk you need, depending on what you want to do (all disks
can be used on both sides):
a) turning rasp disk – for fine or coarse rasping of practically any
kind of vegetable (raw or cooked), as well as fruit or cheese
b) turning cutting disk – cuts even slices of vegetables or fruit to
the desired thickness
c) turning julienne disk – for harder fruits and vegetables and hard
cheese. Cuts julienne strips evenly to the desired thickness.
