Risk of fl ying fragments during beading.
•
The beading operation with the TUBELESS device can
result in fl ying objects and loud noise levels. We therefore
recommend the use of protection equipment for eyes and
ears.
•
When using compressed air for the beading operation
there is the risk of the tire exploding.
•
Avoid excessive pressure. Do not exceed the maximum
pressure indicated on the tire.
•
The risk of explosion is also dependant on the conditions
of the tire. Check the tire before infl ating it.

The tyre weight must be known.
The plate indicates the wheel lifter carrying capacity.

The mechanical parts of the wheel lifter can be

compromised by excessive loads.
For particularly heavy tires, we recommend

identifying the exact weight, with a suitable
instrument, before loading on the tyre changer. Do
not use the wheel lifter if the weight exceeds the
maximum weight allowed.
Maintain a safe distance when in movement.
