YOUR QUESTION
When I put my
Laser against my skin,
nothing happens.
I can't use my Tria Laser
and an image of a lock shows
on the display.
The display is
flashing quickly.
Dirt or debris is stuck to the
treatment window.
I tried to unlock the Tria
Laser, but it's still locked.
IT'S POSSIBLE THAT
The area you're trying to
treat is too small, curved
or bony to treat.
Your Tria Laser
is locked.
Your Tria Laser is not
working properly.
Your Tria Laser needs
to be cleaned.
It may not be safe for you
to use the Tria Laser.
You didn't use the skin
sensor correctly.
HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT
Try again, pulling the skin flat.
If you can't get the whole
treatment window to touch the
treatment area, then the Tria
Laser won't work.
The Tria Laser will lock when it's
not in use. Unlock your Tria Laser
with the skin sensor.
