HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT
Confirm that your Tria Laser is
firmly plugged into the charger
and the wall outlet.
Unplug the battery charger
from the wall and from the
Tria Laser.
Charge your Tria Laser.

The Tria Laser will lock when
it's not in use. Unlock your Tria
Laser with the skin sensor.
