MONTAGEHANDLEIDING:
1. Demonteer de bumper aan de achterzijde van het voertuig. Verwijder de
kappen aan de achterzijde van het voertuig t.p.v. de chassisbalken. De
verwijderde kappen worden niet herplaatst. Indien t.p.v. het achterpa-
neel een metalen deel gemonteerd is, dient men deze te verwijderen.
Het verwijderde deel wordt niet herplaatst.
2. Plaats de trekhaak. Schuif hiertoe de steunen A in het chassis; de gaten
B dienen met de aanwezige gaten in het chassis overeen te komen.
Bevestig t.p.v. de gaten B vier bouten M10x30 (10.9). Knip de mal uit en
plaats deze overeenkomstig fig.1 aan de binnenzijde van de bumper.
De onderkant van de mal dient samen te vallen met de onderkant van
de bumper. Laat de mal de contouren van de bumper volgen en teken
het gearceerde gat af. Boor vervolgens het afgetekende gat 60mm door
de bumper.
3. Herplaats de bumper en kogelstang. De kogelstang wordt d.m.v. één
bout M12x65/21.2 en één bout M12x70/26.2 inclusief stekkerplaat, sluit-
ringen en zelfborgende moeren aan de trekhaak bevestigd. Draai alle
bouten en moeren overeenkomstig de tabel vast.
BELANGRIJK:
* Voor eventueel noodzakelijke aanpassing(en) "van het voertuig" dient
men de dealer te raadplegen.
* Indien op de bevestigingspunten een bitumen of anti-dreunlaag aanwe-
zig is, dient deze verwijderd te worden.
* Voor de max. toegestane massa, welke uw auto mag trekken, dient u uw
dealer te raadplegen.
* Bij het boren dient men er zorg voor te dragen, dat electriciteits-, rem- en
brandstofleidingen niet worden geraakt.
* Verwijder "indien aanwezig" de plastik dopjes uit de puntlasmoeren.
* Deze handleiding dient na montage bij de voertuigpapieren gevoegd te
worden.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove bumper from the back of the vehicle. Remove the caps from
the chassis members at the back of vehicle. These caps are not
replaced. If there is a metal part at the rear panel, you should remove it.
Do not replace afterwards.
2. Position the tow bar. To do this, slide supports A into the chassis, holes
B should line up with the holes already present in the chassis. Fit four
M10 x 30 (10.9) bolts in holes B. Cut out the template and place on the
inside of the bumper, as shown in Figure 1. The bottom of the template
should line up with the bottom edge of the bumper. Ensure the templa-
te follows the contours of the bumper and mark the position of the sha-
ded hole. Then drill a 60 mm. hole through the bumper where marked.
3. Replace the bumper and ball hitch. The ball post is fastened with one
bolt M12x65/21.2 and one bolt M12x70/26.2 including switchplate, was-
hers and self-locking bolts to the tow bar. Tighten all nuts and bolts to
the torque values stated in the table.
NOTE:
* The dealer should be consulted for possible necessary adjustment(s)
"of the vehicle".
* Remove the insulating material from the contact area of the fitting
points.
* Consult your dealer for the maximum tolerated pull weight and ball
hitch pressure of your vehicle.
* Do not drill through electrical-, brake- or fuellines.
* Remove (if present) the plastic caps from the spot welding nuts.
* This fitting instruction has to be enclosed in the vehicle documents after
fitting the towbar.
