Set microswitch 3 of the SW1 switch of the GRF-304 audio unit to the ON position (i.e. the upper position).
Press the right pushbutton on the bottom row of pushbuttons a single time. By doing so, this pushbutton is assigned to dwelling number
1 (i.e. the dwelling whose telephone/connection bracket has been programmed with code number 1) of building number 1.
If the building in question is a detached single-family house, press this same pushbutton again. If there are several dwellings, press
the pushbutton corresponding to the last dwelling of this building. The panel will emit a confirmation tone, which is the same as
the call tone emitted by a panel defined as a main panel. The pushbuttons corresponding to building number 1 have now been
recorded by the audio unit.
Press, once only, the pushbutton immediately following the one pressed in the last step. The panel emits no tone. By pressing this
pushbutton, it is assigned to dwelling number 1 of the following building.
If you do not press the pushbutton immediately following the one pressed in step 1, the panel will emit beeping tones to indicate
the error. See Note.
If the building in question is a detached single-family house, press this same pushbutton again. If there are several dwellings, press
the pushbutton corresponding to the last dwelling of this building. The panel will emit a confirmation tone. The pushbuttons
corresponding to the building have now been recorded by the audio unit.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each of the buildings until all the pushbuttons of the external entrance panel have been assigned.
Once all the pushbuttons of the external entrance panel have been assigned, set microswitch 3 of the SW1 switch to the OFF
position (lower position). Check that the pushbuttons have been properly assigned by making calls from the external panel. If they
have not been correctly assigned, go back to step 1.
Note: If an error is caused by pressing the wrong pushbutton or for some other reason, set microswitch 3 of the SW1 switch to the
OFF position (lower position) and begin again from step 1.
