DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY

MODEL RAM-60QH4
1. Electric parts
(1) Remove the screw on both sides of upper cover, and
then remove the upper cover.
(2) Remove the screws holding the electric part cover, and
then remove the cover.
(3) Slightly widen the electric part cover to the left and right,
and then lift the cover to remove it.
(4) Unplug the connectors of each lead wire and disconnect
the ground wire from the P.W.B.; widen the tabs of
supports at the front of P.W.B., and then lift the P.W.B. to
remove it.(At this time, also remove 2P terminal board
[LN terminal].)
(5) Disconnect each lead wire from the system power
module (SPM) assembly, and then remove the screws on
left and right.

(6) When installing the electric part cover, fit the cover
approximately horizontally so that it does not catch the
terminal board or resin sleeve of cord.

2. Front cover

(1) Remove the upper cover.
(2) Remove the screw on right side.
(3) Remove the screws from the bottom of front cover.
(4) Remove the screws holding the front cover and electric
parts.
(5) Slightly open the right side, and lift the cover up to
release it from the hook.
