6. POWER CONNECTION

6.2 HDMI Connection

With compatible TVs HDMI-CEC and ARC
If you connect your sound bar to a compatible TV HDMI-CEC and ARC (Audio Return Channel), you can play the
sound from your TV through your sound bar without using additional audio cable.
• Use a High-Speed HDMI cable that supports the ARC function to connect the HDMI ARC connector on your
sound bar in the HDMI ARC connector on the TV. For more details about the location of this connector, see
the TV user manual.
• On your TV, turn on HDMI-CEC and ARC functions. For this, refer to its instructions.
• Repeatedly press the SOURCE on the unit or HDMI on remote control to select the input source to HDMI. Once
connected, use the TV remote control to adjust the volume.
If your TV is not HDMI-CEC and ARC, you must connect an audio cable to play sound from your TV through
the speakers of your sound bar.
