Setting the Time, Date & Language
1. On the time display, press the MENU button for more
than 2 seconds to switch to the setting mode. The time
display starts to fl ash.
2. Press the UP and DOWN buttons to set the time display
you want in 12 or 24 hour mode and confi rm this with the
MENU button.
3. The display switches to setting the time. Set the hour and
confi rm this with the MENU button.
4. Make the settings for the minutes and the year in the same
way. Confi rm this with the MENU button.
5. The display switches to setting the date. Select the
appearance (day-month/month-day) and confi rm this with
the MENU button. Now set the month and the day and
confi rm this with the MENU button.
6. In the next step, the display language in which the short
form of the current day of the week is shown (English
(E), French (F), German (G), Spanish (S) or Italian (I)) is
selected in the same way.
7. The fi nal setting shows ON/OFF and the radio symbol
Here you can choose by pressing the UP and DOWN
buttons whether you want to activate automatic retrieval
of the current time and date via the radio frequency.
Confi rm this with the MENU button.
8. If the display shows
radio frequency. In this case, change the location of the
device in order to receive a frequency.
You then return back to time display.
