ERROR MANAGEMENT
CODE
Check the reading of the T in sensor from the
relative menu. Check that the sensor is
properly connected internally of the panel.
ER01
Replace the ntc sensor at the indoor stale air
intake.
Check the reading of the T out sensor from the
relative menu. Check that the sensor is
properly connected internally of the panel.
ER02
Replace the ntc sensor at the outdoor fresh air
intake.
Check the reading of the T e sensor from the
relative menu. Check that the sensor is
properly connected internally of the panel.
ER04
Replace the ntc sensor at the outdoor exhaust
outlet.
Check the reading of the T sup sensor from the
relative menu. Check that the sensor is
properly connected internally of the panel.
ER05
Replace the ntc sensor at the indoor supply
(HRI-E)
outlet.
Check the connection of the user panel, both
at the panel and at the appliance. Replace the
ER06
user panel.
Check whether or not the preheater is in fact
installed, and if not, verify the status of the
Heat enable parameter in the Frst menu, which
must be disabled. If the preheater is installed
ER07
and enabled, verify that it is correctly wired,
then check the 230 Vac power supply and the
signal coming from the appliance. Replace the
preheater.
Check the actual air T out temperature. Check
that the temperature read by the sensor is the
same as the actual air temperature, and if not,
replace the sensor. Check that the preheater is
ER08
installed at the correct distance. Check that
the preheater switching relay is not faulty.
Check the actual air T in temperature. Check
that the temperature read by the sensor is the
ER09
same as the actual air temperature, and if not,
replace the sensor.
2 months after the filter replacement warning,
the appliance will shut off and indicate the
alarm on the user panel; replace the filters and
ER10
reset the error from the user panel alarms
menu.

the end of its useful life, it must not be
disposed of as domestic waste, but must
be taken to a collection centre for waste
electrical and electronic equipment, or returned to a
retailer on purchase of a replacement.
It is the user's responsibility to dispose of this appliance
through the appropriate channels at the end of its useful
life. Failure to do so may incur the penalties established
by laws governing waste disposal.
Proper differential collection, and the subsequent
recycling, processing and environmentally compatible
disposal of waste equipment avoids unnecessary
damage to the environment and possible related
healthrisks, and also promotes recycling of the materials
used in the appliance.

from which you purchased the appliance.

collective systems.
