8. Pressure line connection
The delivery pipe (we recommend at least size
3/4") has to be connected directly to the flow
switch.
A 1/2" pressure hose can also be used with the
appropriate screw connections, of course, but this
will reduce the delivery rate.

10. Flow switch function and start-up

The switch-on pressure can be adjusted with the
screw (1).
Pilot lamps:
Green LED: stand-by
Red LED: dry cut-out (motor does not run)
The red LED lights up when there is a fault (voltage
fluctuations, overcurrent, etc.) and the unit is
switched off simultaneously. If you press the RESET
button (2) or switch ON/ OFF briefly, the red LED will
go out and the green LED will begin to shine. The
flow switch is then ready for operation again.
Starting up
1. Set up the pump on flat and firm ground.
2. Attach the intake line ready for use.
3. Plug into the mains.
4. Fill the pump with water at the pressure
connection.
5. Fit the delivery pipe so it is ready for use.
6. Turn on the ON/OFF switch (the pilot lamp on the
switch lights up). The flow switch is activated (the
green LED shines).
7. Keep the RESET button pressed while drawing in
the water (priming operation). The pump will run
as long as this button is pressed. The initial
priming operation can take approx. 0.5 to 5
minutes, depending on the suction height and
amount of air in the suction pipe. If the priming
takes a long time, we recommend topping up
again with water.
