UNPACKING AND PLACEMENT

Remove the machine from the packaging by

putting pressure on the side arms and pulling
it upward.
Place the machine on a flat, stable, hori-
zontal space, away from water, flames and
heat sources.

SET MACHINE

Rotate the height of the adjustment feet, lo-

cated on the bottom, to position the machine
to be perfectly level.
Given the size and weight of the machine,
positioning, adjusting the feet and stabili-
zation should be performed by two people.

STARTING THE MACHINE

The tank cover has a key lock (with blue plastic
handle).
Turn the key (blue) clockwise

the lid.
Turn the key (blue) counter-clockwise
close the lid.

Lift and remove the lid of the water tank.

Fill the water tank using only non-carbonated,

fresh drinking water.
Using a water filter (optional accessory) improves
water quality and extends the life of the ap-
pliance. Use the Aqua Aroma Crema Brita® for
Lavazza. To insert the filter, follow the instruction
sheet attached to the accessory.
It is recommended not to change the selection
already set on the filter.
It is possible, after removing the cover, to take

the water tank out of the machine to refill it
separately.

Plug the power cord into the socket at the

back of the machine.
Ensure that hands, machine, cable and the
footprint of the machine are not wet.
Place a glass/cup under the nozzle.
