Message which is generated when a key is pressed.

Messages to control volumes, expressions and
other system controls.
Bank Select MSB (CC 0)

Controller transmitted in combination of Program
Change and Bank Select LSB in order to select a
specific bank of sound. It can be transmitted using
the COMBIN. PRG function and when stored in
the combinations, Tutti and Plenum (Plenum in the
Cantorum Trio only). It also can be received on
channel 16 to select the Memory Bank.
