Note: During any handling of the control box, the control panel must be set off and the appliance disconnected at the
mains.
By turning the knob clockwise you can select the requested frying temperature.
Note: The FMC is running automatically in the background, even by choosing a
higher temperature. The full heating phase starts only after having reached the
60°C.
The amber LED „Heating phase‟ is flashing during the FMC mode. The
LED becomes stable as soon as the end temperature is reached.
Shutting off the fryer:
Turn the temperature selector into the „0‟ position.
Press the „OFF‟ button in order to switch off the fryer.
The green LED extinguishes and the control panel is de-activated.
