Maintaining Your Wine
Cabinet
Periodic cleaning and proper maintenance
will ensure efficiency, top performance,
and long life. The maintenance intervals
listed are based on normal conditions. You
may want to shorten the intervals if you
have pets or other special considerations.
Interior Cleaning - as Required
1. Disconnect power to the Wine
Cabinet.
2. Remove racks if desired.
3. Wipe down the interior with a
solution of non-abrasive mild
detergent and warm water.
4. Rinse with clear water.
5. Reconnect power to the unit.
Should the Wine Cabinet be stored
without use for long periods:
• Clean thoroughly.
• Leave the door ajar to allow air to
circulate inside the cabinet in order
to avoid possible formations of
condensation, mold or odors.
Changing your Air Filter
To ensure optimal filtering of wine cabinet
odors, change the air filter every six
months
