RIMS
1.
Liberally lubricate both beads and
the rim.
2.
Firmly fit the mounting clamp to the
outer rim flange at 9 o'clock.
Roll the tire onto the footboard and
hang it on the mounting clamp at-
tached to the rim edge.
3.
Place the hook tool as shown in
Fig.51.
The edge of the hook should be
about 2-3 cm (1") away radially from
the rim edge and 2-3 cm (1") to the
outside.

THAT
THE
TOOL
LOCKING
PIN
IS
NOT
INSERTED (1,Fig.51a).
4.
Turn the chuck clockwise until the first
bead
is
mounted.
Remove
clamp.
5.
Place the tube (if any) in the tire and
secure the valve stem to the rim.
6.
Firmly fit the mounting clamp to the
outer rim edge at 11 o'clock with
valve stem at 10 o'clock in such a
way as to hold the outer bead. If
necessary make use of the tool to
create the space to fit the clamp.

1.
Graisser abondamment les talons et la
jante.
2.
Accrocher l'étau de montage sur le
bord extérieur de la jante à 9 heures.
Rouler le pneu sur le plancher et l'ac-
crocher à l'étau placé sur le bord de la
jante.
3.
Positionner le crochet comme le montre
la Fig.51.
L'extrémité du crochet doit être à une
distance de 2-3 cm (1") environ du bord
de la jante et de 2-3 cm (1") de l'exté-
rieur.
S'ASSURER QUE L'AXE DE
BLOCAGE N'EST PAS INSERE
(1,Fig.51a).
4.
Tourner l'arbre dans le sens des aiguilles
d'une montre jusqu'à ce que le premier
the
talon soit monté. Enlever l'étau.
5.
Insérer la chambre à air (si elle est pré-
sente) à l'intérieur du pneu et fixer la
soupape à la jante.
6.
Accrocher l'étau de montage sur le
bord extérieur de la jante à 11 h. et
avec la soupape à 10 h., de manière à
accrocher le talon extérieur. Si néces-
saire, se servir de l'outil pour créer l'es-
pace pour insérer l'étau.

1.
Beide Wülste und die Felge reichlich
schmieren.
2.
Die Montierklemme am Außenrand der
Felge in 9-Uhr-Stellung ansetzen. Den Reifen
auf die Arbeitsplattform rollen und ebenfalls
an der bereits am Felgenhorn befestigten
Montierklemme einhängen.
3.
Den Montagehaken wie in Abb.51 posi-
tionieren. Die Spitze des Montagehakens
muß nach oben und von außen jeweils
ca. 2-3 cm (1") vom Felgenhorn entfernt
sein.

WERKZEUG (1, Abb.51a) NICHT
EINGESETZT IST.
4.
Das Spannfutter im Uhrzeigersinn soweit
drehen, bis der erste Wulst montiert ist.
Die Montierklemme abnehmen.
5.
Den Schlauch (falls vorhanden) in den
Reifen einlegen und das Ventil an der
Felge befestigen.
6.
Die Montierklemme an der Felgenau-
ßenseite in 11-Uhr-Stellung ansetzen,
wobei sich das Ventil in 10-Uhr-Stellung
befinden soll, so daß der äußere Wulst
angekuppelt werden kann. Falls nötig,
das Montagewerkzeug zur Hilfe neh-
men, um den für das Einführen der
Klemme notwendigen Platz zu schaffen.
