The device allows you to select whether or not you wish to hear an
audible signal (default setting) when you press a button.
Format memory card
Formatting the microSDHC memory card
all data on it. Before you use a new memory card in the camera or
a card that has previously been used in another device, you should
first format the memory card.
In this case, select the setting "YES" with the OK button. The

formatting process starts. While the card is being formatted,
the message "Please wait" appears.
CAUTION
► Ensure that the memory card does not contain any files that
you need!
Camera name
Select "On" if you would like to add a name to saved photo stamps.
In the following screen menu, you can set a ten-character name:

space.
♦ Then switch to the next field using the
♦ Repeat the steps described above to set all ten characters. The
preset character "0" must be replaced with a blank space if you
do not want it to appear in the name.
