Trouble shooting
7.0 Trouble shooting
If a problem with the
pneumatic electric tire changer
proceed in the following order to solve the problem:
1. Rethink the last steps taken.
Did you work according to the manual?
Did the balancer work as described and expected?
2. Check the balancer according to the list in this
chapter.
3. Call your local sales agent or Accuturn for technical
assistance.

Pump motor turns but none of the hydraulic
movements works.
1. The automatic circuit breaker is off.
• Disconnect the machine from electric supply. Open
the electric control unit. Reset the switch.
2. A fuse of the low-voltage section is blown.
• Open the electric cabinet and check the automatic
circuit breaker and low voltage fuses. Reset the circuit
breaker or replace the fuses as needed. THIS
OPERATION CAN BE PERFORMED ONLY BY
QUALIFIED PERSONNEL.
3. Battery low (only WL model)
• Recharge or substitute the battery.
4. Transformer is burnt out.
• Call the authorized service center for assistance.
