8. Setting up unit using PC software
the digital input is activated (high —> low or low —> high). The
scan cycle is 1 second. Indication is done using the event list in
the PC software. Parallel to this the operating time is also
recorded. Approx 1000 events (with 32 k) and 4000 events
(with 128k) can be stored.
Hint: In this case the integrated values cannot be recorded.

8.5. Tele-Alarm

The Tele-Alarm function offers the possibility to send a
message to a computer with the necessary software installed or
a cell phone using the land line telephone or mobile telephone
network if the device goes into alarm condition or a digital input
is activated.
Note: The function, digital\integration' will no longer exist!
8.5.1 Set-up possibilities , with PC-Software'
In an alarm condition a message will be sent to the PC software
of the recipient.
Telephone number:
Number of the modem, to which the recipient is connected.
Getting a dialling tone:
If the modem is connected to a telephone network then the
prefix number required, e.g. "0" is to be set up.
8.5.2 Cell phone set-up possibility
In the case of an alarm a short form message is transmitted to
the cell phone of the recipient. This is only possible using a
GSM terminal (e.g. from Siemens).
Telephone number:
The number of the recipients cell phone.
